Hello everybody, another week down and starting the transfer off strong with a baptism of one of our friends Kimberly.   Ward activity: This Saturday we had a fun ward activity about Honduras culture and we ate a lot of different foods.  It was a good time. We had a lot of friends come to the activity and they really enjoyed it.  We are starting to see this ward come alive and seeing a lot of miracles. Kimberly's Baptism: This Sunday we were able to watch one of our friends Kimberly be baptized. She was super excited and was ready to get in the water. She is the daughter of an inactive member and we are starting to reactivate the family piece by piece. I am truly grateful for this opportunity that I have to share the gospel and bring joy into the lives of other people. Spiritual thought: 2 Nephi 32 5 For behold, again I say unto you that if ye will enter in by the way, and receive the Holy Ghost, it will show unto you all things what ye should do. I love this scripture. A...

Hello friends and family how is everybody doing? I hope you are all great and growing closer to our Savior Jesus Christ. This week was an amazing last week of the transfer and finished super strong. I will be staying in the La Villa, serving as a district leader, and I'm super hyped to give it all I got this next cambio. "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved" Movie night: After the wedding we had last week, Elder Perez and I were really talking to the members and they were giving us references. We decided to watch the Joseph Smith movie Thursday night, and we had 3 friends in teaching there.  It was a powerful night and the spirit was strong. One has accepted to be baptized and we are going to invite the other 2 this week to make this sacred covenant too! Sunday: This Sunday we were able to watch our friends Marlon and Yoseth be baptized by their dad, who has been coming back to church. We have really been searching for inactive members and are finding l...

Hello everybody! Welcome back to another week. Been a great week and really starting to see some potential, got one more week of the transfer to give it my all. Hoping to stay another one here! Multi zona: This Tuesday I hit 1 year on my mission and that day we had a great multi zone conference. We focused a lot on our personal desire to be here serving a mission, what's our why? Also talked about 2 Nephi 31 and the Doctrine of Christ.  It was a super great day. Friday night wedding: This last Friday, one of our friends in teaching got married.  We had a little reception at the church and it was a wonderful night. Our friend is named Fausto and he is progressing well; we just have to wait a little bit longer and see if he can be baptized🌊 Spiritual thought: 2 Nephi 31 20 Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, ...

Hello friends and family! I have officially been a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for 1 year, already halfway done. Not gonna lie, it feels pretty unreal. I still feel relatively new out here and the time is passing quickly. The things: -We found an inactive dad who we've been getting back to church and he wants to baptize his 2 kids, so were hoping to have a baptism this Sunday! Elegidos -We found some lady this week who really wants to change and give up a lot of things in her life. Hoping to help her come to know her Savior and that through Him, she can be healed and forgiven of all the things in her past Luh calm baleada just taking an AC unit on a bus good ole Honduras air conditioning Spiritual thought: As I've been a missionary for 1 year, I wanted to re-read my mission call letter. This is the last paragraph of the letter. " Our Heavenly Father will reward you for the goodness of your life. Greater blessings and more joy than you h...

Hello friends and family what is up?? Today I'm heading to the temple, first time I've gone in a while! This week once again flew by, but it was a solid week! Let's get into it😎 Intercambio: This week I got to go on a Intercambio with Elder Childs, an elder who has one more cambio than me, super funny guy but wow dude still doesn't know Spanish. For all those who know a good ole Tyler laugh, let's say I got a lot of those that day! Great day just laughing and inviting everyone to church! The weekend: I ate some fish on Friday and the next day wasn't feeling too good. Had a few incidents in the bathroom if you know what I'm sayingπŸ’©πŸ’©. Went to lunch not feeling good the next day and my pensionista was just going crazy and convinced I have Dengue (an illness caused by mosquito bites) (was dealing with headache, body aches and fatigue, and πŸ’©), but nah I don't think so, who knows🀷‍♂️🀷‍♂️. But this is the only thing I can really put it to. Starting to f...
