Level 1️⃣9️⃣
Hello everybody welcome back to another email. Just wanted to thank you all for sending me some birthday wishes this week! It was an awesome to have my birthday as a missionary, sad to only have 1 more. Let's get into it!
Intercambios:
On Tuesday I had an intercambio with my Zone Leader, Elder Perry, who is my brother here out in the mission. He's my brother in the sense that we both had Elder Grimaldo as our trainer, or our "dad," and it was super fun. I went down to the city and we worked down there a day!
Also went out with Elder Morton 2 times this week because my comp and his comp were out sick for 2 days, so we went out together and worked in both areas, it was a good time.
My birthday:
Turns out here in Honduras the tradition for birthdays is to crack eggs on the persons head and dump flour all over you. I not only had it happen once, but twice. It was a fun experience and living up the culture down here. But it was a great day filled with some baleades for breakfast, baleadas for lunch, and some homemade crepes for dinner. The hermanas brought me a piece of cake. All the Elders in my house all bought me something too so that was super fun too!

Spiritual thought:
Ephesians 2
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
I am glad to have a living prophet on the earth today, who leads us and guides us to follow Jesus Christ! I know Dallin H Oaks is a prophet chosen of God and when we listen to his words, we listen to the words of Jesus Christ himself! I am grateful for apostles of the Lord who testify of his divinity and reality! I know the Church of Jesus Christ is built upon prophets and apostles, and for that, I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church, His church, here on the earth today!

Super quick week and only 1 week left in this transfer. It's very probable that I will leave this area so got one more week to give it my all out here in Talanga.
Once again thank you all for the birthday wishes,
Elder Bingham
