La Villa, take 2

Hey everyone.  This week is gonna be a short one.  Transfers were last week and I'm staying another transfer in La Villa.  Elder Mariano is leaving, and I'm getting a new companion, Elder Perez who's from Guatamala.

I'm gonna miss him.  He's been probably my favorite companion so far.

We are working hard here in La Villa and things are starting to come alive. I'm having a great time being a missionary.

Spiritual thought:
Well guys I just finished the Book of Mormon in Spanish and even in another language it's still true. Pretty great book, it will make your life better if you read it👍

Bye bye,
Elder Bingham

Hola everybody- another week has passed by already. I guess I get to write another email, but wow the week flew by!  First Christmas away from home but it was a good time. Let's get into the week.  Multi Zone Conference: Monday and Tuesday we had a conference with like 4 other zones and it was super fun, got to see some friends that I had been with in the CCM and got to catch up with them! Had some Little Ceasars pizza and a talent show it was cool. Next day we had the spiritual part and it was super good, learned a little bit about Angels and we talked about the brother of Jared, giving the stones to the Lord to make light out of them, and how we can give the Lord our stones, and let him light them for us! All dudes from my CCM group pizza with my goat Elder Castellanos spent some time catching up with Elder Chambers!! Elder Chambers... one of my faves Christmas gift from the mission President Christmas Eve and Christmas🎄 🎅: First Christmas out here on my mission and...

Was able to play some bball and destroy some zone, and it's a fun time being with a bunch of my CCM bros and just playing sports. Comayagua 🔛🔝 Don't have all the photos yet Wednesday: Well Wednesday was a very interesting day. Headed out early on a bus to head to the city for a multi zone conference, but there was a hugeeee car accident in one of the cities on the way. Was stuck on a bus for 9 hours and got to the city at about 2:30am, quite the experience. Saw some things ...

Hello friends and family- welcome to another email.  Things are going good out here in Honduras, just living the missionary life. The temple: This past week I was able to go to the temple with our recent convert Jesua. It's super fun to be able to go to the temple with him and watch him progress in the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the temple! The work: Well the work out here in my area is pretty tough, I'm not going to lie.  People are pretty hard hearted and aren't really open to anything, but nonetheless, we persevere with faith and keep working. view of the temple We've got a couple people with a baptismal date, but they either aren't married or they think they need to go to church a million times before they can really be baptized, so just working with them to progress and be baptized in the true and restored church! Spiritual thought: "Satan knows us by name but calls us by our sins, and God knows us for our sins but calls us by name" This ...
